ATTENTION! If your fund number is missing from your lab, go to the "Membership Requests & Funds" tab, scroll down to the "Request access to additional funds" field, and enter the Cloud Number. If the Cloud Number doesn't appear, please email the Sinai IT Team (Nilesh.Ainchwar@mountsinai.org, Lane.Blumberg@mountsinai.org, Sandeep.KumarVerma@mountsinai.org, Sugandha.Miglani@mountsinai.org, Ayan.Saha@mountsinai.org, Vikas.Telukunta@mountsinai.org, iLab@mssm.edu) to request that the Cloud Number be imported to iLab. If your Cloud Number can't be imported, you'll be referred to SPF@mountsinai.org to get your Cloud Number renewed/extended.
If the Cloud Number is in the lab but you can't make a reservation or purchase, please check with the PI and/or Lab Finance Manager, as they can grant you access to a fund number in the lab. If you can access the Cloud Number but still can't reserve equipment, check with the Core and ensure that training isn't needed to make a reservation. If it's not a training requirement, please email ilab-support@agilent.com for technical support.
Note: iLab pulls Cloud (Fund) Number details from the COA Website (http://coa.mountsinai.org), and if the expiration date shows as expired, iLab purges it from the system.

Mission
The Tisch Cancer Institute Flow Cytometry Core provides access to state-of-the-art technologies, services, and expertise in flow cytometry to enhance scientific discovery, interaction, and productivity underlying innovative cancer research programs. The TCI Core contributes to the TCI’s mission by providing easy access, consistency, education, and cost effectiveness to cancer research projects.
The four major Specific Aims of this shared resource are:
- Provide access to state-of-the-art technologies, services, and expertise in flow cytometry.
- Educate TCI users on new flow cytometry technologies and data analysis to support and extend current cancer research programs.
- Provide state-of-the-art fluorescence activated cell sorting methods for the isolation and multiparametric characterization of cells at a single cell level.
- Enhance TCI basic science, translational, and clinical investigations through the acquisition of new flow cytometry equipment.
Access and Training
New users of the Flow Cytometry Core iLabs site can download the User Guides in the section below titled "Links and Resources."
In conjunction with the Dean's Flow Cytometry CORE, The TCI CORE operates a structured training program that is detailed on the Request Services page of the Dean's CORE. The sequence of classes begins with the Introduction to the CORE.
About Acknowledgments
TCI members acknowledge the CCSG (P30-CA196521) in all publications, grants, and awards that include data or services derived from the TCI shared resource facilities to ensure tracking of impact.
Location and Hours of Operation
The Flow Cytometry CORE operates two satellite facilities in Hess S6-206 and Annenberg 24-57. These facilities are available 24/7/365 for Cancer Center members and their laboratory staff who have been trained to operate the equipment.
